Job description
Amedisys in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager to deliver patient-centered care in home health. You will assess needs, coordinate with the care team, and develop plans of care to promote recovery and independence at home.
This full-time day-shift role offers pay of $90,000–$95,000 per year and a competitive benefits package, including health plans, PTO, an HSA option, counseling, and a company 401(k) match.
