Day Shift 8 hours/day 5 days/week
Title: Home Health Registered Nurse Case Manager
Location: West Allis Wisconsin 53227
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8hr Day Shift (40)
Shift Information: 5 days/week. Daily shift times: 7:30am-4pm.
Clinical Interviewing- No
On Call, Call Back Requirements: None
Holiday Requirements: None
Floating Requirements : Yes - may float to neighboring areas if census dictates

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, CPI: BLS

Skills required: exp with wounds, IV s, ostomies, catheters, drains
