Job description
Excelin Home Health seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health coverage in Pleasanton/Livermore/Dublin/San Ramon area. The RN will assess patients, develop and revise care plans, administer treatments, and educate families in a community setting.
The role requires current RN licensure, NLN-accredited nursing education, and driving to client homes. At least two years in public health or home care is preferred. On-call and collaboration with physicians are expected.
