Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy across Baker City, Oregon. You will supervise, evaluate and deliver speech therapy services per physician orders in a home setting, helping patients with communication, swallowing and related impairments.
