Job description
CenterWell Home Health in Cayuga County, NY is seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and provide SLP services in patients' homes. You will develop and review plans of care, treat disorders of speech, language, voice, and swallowing, and coordinate with the care team.
The role requires at least six months of experience, a current license, CPR, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
