Job description
Humana Inc. through CenterWell Home Health seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver in-home care, evaluating and treating patients with speech, voice, language, and swallowing disorders.
You will develop and review Plans of Treatment, coordinate care, document progress, and train patients and families on compensatory strategies. The role requires an ASHA CCC or equivalent, licensure, CPR, and a valid driver’s license, with prior home health experience considered a plus.
