Job description
firsthand Health seeks a board-certified PMHNP to serve as the founding clinician of our hospital psychiatric consult service and the primary liaison inside the partner hospital.
You will perform same-day consultations, manage medications including long-acting injectables, and ensure continuity by bridging to outpatient care. You'll work with a consult‑liaison team, gain supervision, and help shape care pathways for complex cases.
