Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Per Diem Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide in-home health evaluations in Colorado Springs and nearby areas. You’ll use an iPad and a clinical workflow to review medications, history, and perform physicals.
Travel within licensed states may be required. The role involves about 12 hours per week in this region, with a typical pay range of $41.85–$90.13 per hour; benefits apply for part-time roles and malpractice
