Job description

Memorial Physician Practices seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for inpatient rehabilitation on a PRN basis in Ohio. You will assess patients, design and implement care plans, and educate families on progress and discharge planning.

Licensure in Ohio and a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology are required, with BLS completed within 30 days. The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and supervision of trainees as needed.
