Job description
St. John’s Community Health is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, whole-person care for patients of all ages in our FQHC network.
You’ll collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services that advance health equity and community well-being. Responsibilities include primary care, exams, ordering tests, and managing chronic/acute conditions, with weekend/evening coverage as part of the schedule.
