Job description
BioAgilytix is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to provide remote and deskside support for employees across sites. You will handle end-user requests, create and manage user accounts, configure workstations, and assist with AV setups for meetings and conferences.
The role requires strong customer service, expertise in Windows environments, Office 365, and telecommunications/AV systems. Some travel and a fast-paced, regulated environment are expected.
