Job description
Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to perform intake assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and referral services within a SBHC outpatient setting in New York. The role includes developing treatment plans and providing psychotherapy for individuals and groups, adhering to NYS guidelines and department procedures.
The position requires NYS LMSW licensure, a Master’s in Social Work, and prior healthcare/mental health experience preferred.
