Job description
The Clinical Staff Nurse at MLK Community Hospital in Los Angeles is a skilled Registered Nurse responsible for organizing, planning and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across a 12-hour shift, in alignment with the Watson Model of Care and the hospital’s mission.
The position emphasizes accurate assessments, timely handoffs using SBAR, thorough documentation, and proactive collaboration with Care Managers to support safe discharge planning and ongoing quality improvement
