Job description
Ellie Mental Health in Glens Falls, NY, seeks a Clinical Director to lead a clinic of 8–12 outpatient therapists. You will hire, train, and develop staff; oversee operations, service quality, and client outcomes; and partner with the owner to drive fiscal performance and community referrals.
You will also maintain a reasonable caseload, build partnerships, and promote Ellie’s mission to destigmatize mental health while delivering world-class care.
