Job description
Young Life Club Beyond is seeking a dedicated staff member to lead military teen ministry across installations worldwide. The role requires living near the community served and building a Christ-centered, ecumenical outreach that engages military teens and their families, fostering belonging, resilience, and faith through incarnational relationships.
You will oversee Club Beyond, train volunteers, and collaborate with chaplains while fundraising to sustain programs.
