Job description
Pediatrix Medical Group seeks an experienced full-time Neonatal Physician Assistant to join our 16-bed Level III NICU at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC. The NICU handles about 320 admissions and 1,900 births annually.
The PA team provides 20 hours per day of shift coverage, collaborating with neonatologists who offer daytime coverage and back-up call from home at night. This role also supports coverage of the newborn nursery, with a comprehensive benefits package, including
