Job description
The Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Brentwood, TN seeks a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. You will assess referred patients, develop and oversee personalized rehabilitation plans, and educate patients and families on therapy approaches.
You will set realistic goals aligned with physician direction, document patient progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care.
