Job description
Angels Care Home Health is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized plans of care for home health patients in Manhattan, KS. The therapist will document progress, revise plans as needed, and coordinate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Requirements include an active OT license in the state, current CPR and hepatitis profile, and at least two years of OT experience.
