Job description
Bethany Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Pegram, TN seeks an Occupational Therapist to assess patients, design and implement rehab programs, and work with physicians to restore function and independence.
This role requires supervising OT Assistants, strong documentation, and compassionate interaction with residents. A TN license and geriatric experience are preferred, with commitment to confidentiality and Residents' Rights.
