Job description
UNC Health Care System in Durham, NC seeks a pharmacist to support hematology/oncology infusion care. You will educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with infusion nursing, physicians, APPs and other pharmacy teams to ensure a seamless transition between infusion and outpatient services.
The role emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, clinical education of students and residents, and advancement of pharmacy practice within the UNC Health network.
