Job description
Intermountain Health McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, UT, seeks a Supportive Oncology APP to collaborate with Oncology, Hospice, and Palliative Care teams to support patient-centered goals-of-care discussions, symptom management, and care coordination.
APRN or PA-C with 1–2 years in Oncology or Hospice/Palliative Care; Utah license with full prescriptive authority and DEA; credentialing with Intermountain. Relocation assistance up to $7,500 and a generous benefits package are included.
