Job description
Liberty Hospital in Liberty, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Palliative Care Specialist to coordinate an interdisciplinary approach delivering palliative healthcare services and guiding clinical operations of the program.
The role requires 3+ years of nursing experience, an active RN license, and BLS. You will educate staff and families, mentor team members, and support discharge planning and hospice referrals to improve quality of life.
