Job description
Phoenix House California is seeking a Parent Partner in Sylmar, CA to provide one-on-one support and coaching to parents/caregivers within Wraparound services. The role reports to the Director of Wraparound Services and requires experience as a former parent or caregiver with familiarity with family-centered, strengths-based approaches.
The position involves managing a caseload of ten to twelve families, attending Child and Family Team meetings, and coordinating with DCFS/DMH and other agencies.
