Job description
Arrow Behavioral Associates, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work on a one-on-one basis with clients in Monroe, CT. This part-time position offers a Tuesday and Thursday daytime schedule with hourly pay of $21–$23.
Role involves implementing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and supporting essential life, communication and social skills in a structured setting. HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality are required.
