Job description
Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services to patients across skilled nursing and other facilities. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, discharge planning, and collaborate with facilities while following Reliant standards and PT best practices.
This role emphasizes supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs, program growth, staying current with regulations, and maintaining licensure.
