Job description
Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across facilities and clients, in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards and PT best practices. Responsibilities include patient screening and evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, discharge planning, supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs, and case management.
