Job description
St Johnsbury Center for Living and Rehabilitation in Lyndon, Vermont is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular needs within a residential and rehabilitation setting.
You will develop personalized treatment plans, collaborate with other clinicians, maintain up-to-date records, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings to improve patient outcomes and quality of life for residents.
