Job description
Sweetwater Care in California seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate movement dysfunction, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through recovery. You will supervise PTAs and rehabilitation aides, document care in the electronic medical record, and collaborate with doctors and other health team members.
You’ll assess progress, adjust interventions, provide discharge summaries, and participate in trainings.
