Cornerstone Clinical Partners, based in Wilkesboro, NC, is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide on-site care in long-term care settings. This part-time role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships and collaborative care within a dedicated team.
