Job description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Northern California Health Care System invites a Primary Care Physician to join our team in the Stockton/CA area. You will provide comprehensive primary care to veterans, leveraging telehealth and in-person visits to support a patient-centered approach.
You will work within the PACT model, engage in quality improvement, mentor trainees, and coordinate with specialty and behavioral health services to ensure holistic veteran care.
