Job description
Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, NJ is seeking a variable-shift, PRN Pharmacy Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. This role focuses on optimizing patient care through safe dispensing, IV admixture, and providing drug information under leadership supervision.
Required qualifications include a PharmD or B.S./PharmD from ACPE-accredited programs, an active pharmacist license, BLS within 14 days of hire, and ALS/ACLS for Code Blue coverage.
