Job description
Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI) is hiring a full-time Program Director to plan, direct, and coordinate program activities in line with agency standards.
The role is Monday through Friday, on call, with responsibilities including staffing, client plan development, service coordination, budgeting, and reporting. Qualifications include a relevant degree, licensure within 12 months, and supervisory experience.
