Job description
AccentCare is seeking an RN Psych, Home Health to provide specialized psychiatric nursing care in patients' homes in Culver City. The role includes performing assessments, coordinating care with physicians, and supervising LVNs/LPNs and home health aides.
A strong background in psychiatric or mental health home care is preferred. Responsibilities include patient admissions, care planning, and discharge planning, with a schedule of Monday to Friday.
