Job description
Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to work with adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting at Green Pine Acres and Heritage Living Centers in Menagha and Park Rapids, MN. This temporary position could settle into a PRN role.
You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and implement treatment to improve gait, balance, mobility, strength, ROM, and independence, while supervising PT Assistants as needed.
