Job description
Elite Home Health, part of the LHC Group and within the Optum family, invites you to join as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a home health setting. You will implement treatment plans, educate patients and families, and support the supervising PT to optimize patient well‑being.
You must be licensed as a PTA, possess a valid driver’s license, and be prepared for weekend rotations. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.
