Job description
Aluma Care in Council Grove, Kansas is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. This role offers 1:1 therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings under BCBA supervision, with flexible scheduling.
You will collect data, support families, and help deliver evidence-based treatment designed to improve client outcomes. Prior ABA experience is a plus, and travel may be required within the locality.
