Job description
House of Hearts ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools. You’ll follow treatment plans created by our BCBA team and track progress using simple systems, while receiving strong mentorship and flexible scheduling.
We value heart-led clinicians who love working with children, bring a positive, team-first attitude, and are pursuing or hold RBT certification. Start date ASAP with opportunities for growth and retention bonuses.
