Job description
Golden Steps ABA is hiring RBTs to conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings for children and young adults with autism. You will implement tailored behavioral plans and work under BCBA supervision to support pediatric patients.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma, writing and verbal communication skills, and a reliable car for client visits. Prior ABA experience is preferred but not required; background checks are required.
