Job description
Hidden Talents ABA is seeking certified RBTs to provide evidence-based ABA therapy to children in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on hands-on delivery, data collection, and progress tracking with meaningful growth potential.
Responsibilities include running sessions, targeting communication and daily living skills, and collaborating with BCBAs and families. A valid RBT in good standing, 6+ months ABA experience, and a high school diploma are required.
