Job description
Brightway Living & Learning on Long Island is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support adults with disabilities in day and residential settings. You will observe, implement behavior strategies, monitor data, and help staff deliver target programs while building meaningful relationships.
The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 40 hours of RBT training, and completion of the RBT competency assessment.
