Job description
Fernbrook Family Center seeks a Mental Health Practitioner to provide skills-based mental health services in a school setting at Alden Schools. The role supports children, adults, and families under QMHP supervision, focusing on resilience and daily functioning.
You will collaborate with Fernbrook team members, maintain documentation, participate in ongoing supervision, and complete required continuing education. Travel to client homes and community sites is expected.
