Job description
Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting in Woodhaven, MI seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for full-time or part-time roles in a skilled nursing facility. Join a supportive therapy team focused on meaningful patient outcomes.
You will deliver speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy; assess patients; develop plans; and document care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Michigan SLP license required; CCC-SLP preferred.
