Job description
Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Live Oak, Florida, is recruiting a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our compassionate rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized therapy plans focused on communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication skills, and collaborate with nursing, OT, and PT to optimize resident outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited SLP program, ASHA certified, licensed or eligible in Florida, CCC-SLP
