Job description
The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across neonatal to geriatric patients in home-care settings.
You will conduct patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy, collaborate with healthcare professionals and families, and maintain detailed records of progress and outcomes.
