Job description
The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide and direct speech therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program development, and related in-services under physician orders.
Responsibilities include patient screenings, data collection for planning, creating and coordinating treatment plans, documenting results, supervising students, and supporting discharge planning and home/community programming.
