Job description
Vibra Healthcare, LLC. seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to join Ballard Rehab Hospital in San Bernardino, CA. You will provide and direct speech-language pathology services to patients, including assessment, treatment planning and documentation under physician orders.
Required: active license in CA, CFY in progress, ASHA membership, Vibra-approved BLS certification; plus 1 year of experience preferred and strong organizational skills.
