Job description
The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Mount Pleasant, NY seeks an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide and direct therapy services in accordance with physician orders. The role includes assessment, treatment planning, team collaboration, and discharge planning.
Responsibilities include screenings, evaluation, developing and implementing plans, instructing patients and families, and documenting outcomes.
