Job description
Nao Medical, a tech-forward primary and urgent care group in Mineola, NY, seeks a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with substance use disorder experience to assess, counsel, and coordinate care for patients in an outpatient program. You’ll collaborate with CASAC counselors, peer advocates, and providers, while AI copilots support documentation to maximize patient time.
The role requires an MSW and NY LCSW license, at least 3 years in SUD settings, and strong knowledge of LOCADTR and MAT.
