Job description
Paylocity is seeking a Manager Implementation Ops to lead the PRC team, coach staff, and ensure Web Pay products are set up accurately within SLAs. You will guide consultants, provide performance feedback, and drive training improvements while maintaining implementation success.
The role requires 2 years of management experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. On-site in Rochester, NY or other designated offices; remote work is not available.
