Job description
Pratt Miller, an Oshkosh company, is seeking a Performance Engineer to join the Competition Engineering Department. This in-person role is based in Michigan and requires travel to race and test events.
You will support event preparation, data analysis, vehicle modeling, and race strategy development to optimize performance. Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering and at least several years in motorsport, with strong data analysis, simulation, and team collaboration skills.
